Dale, one of the inmates in cell block 300, has served his sentence here and has been transferred to another Institution. That makes 10 empty cells now. 10 out of 37 is a high vacancy rating. We may have to request a "Bail Out" along with the car makers. I finally managed to dig out the Christmas tree and Mr. & Mrs. Santa along with the various other decorations we can accommodate here in the cell. I reconciled the Exchange Bank accounts and paid a couple of bills. It is time to start thinking about a new Birthday Card format for 2009. Did a little research on that and otherwise changed the bedding and the rest of the daily chores.
