MONDAY 3/16/09
We left for Omaha at 9:30. Had to stop twice as Lorraine complained her hip hurt so bad she couldn't stand it. When we got to Omaha she forgot all about it. Dale and Debbie fixed us dinner and we left at 1:30 for Brighton Gardens. Providing we can get a moving van on the 31st, that will be our new home. We have 2 rooms like here, care for Lorraine and they even furnish the lift and the cost will be only about $500 per month more than we are paying here. Will describe it more later but we were all very impressed. They will take Lorraine in Assisted Living and were glad to do it. They furnish all of the towels and bedding. And each room has a mail box and the mailman puts your mail in it. Here it lays around for maybe a couple of days and one of the Aides will bring it to you. Enough for tonight as we are both tired but thrilled.

Happy you found a spot in Omaha to call home. I really do have mixed feelings though. I trust it will be better for the both of you. Angela
