Lorraine got her hair done after dinner. Dr. Sheffermiller called and said her potassium was down to 3.1. He gave her a different med and I went to Walgreen to pick it up. Made arrangements for all of the refills at the drug store to go to Sheffermiller. Tonight Lorraine had to have a bowel movement so the girls came, took her clothes off and lifted her up. Lorraine started screaming that it hurt her and sure enough, they didn't watch the catheter and pulled it out with the sling. So I am sitting here waiting for Home Health to come. Apparently their nurse here don't know how to put in a catheter or else she don't work at night. Sometimes I think it would be easier if I did everything again. I get so disgusted with the morons that don't even use common sense as far as taking care of Lorraine. It boils down to the fact that all they do now is transfer with the lift. Tonight when we got ready to go for supper I called and they answered but never came so I put her in her power chair so we could get to supper on time. They are supposed to give her a bath tomorrow night, so we will see how that goes. She has only had a wipe off bath until now and I complained.
