FRIDAY 10/10/08

Welcome Aunt Angela to my Family Blog.  You have my permission to show Dean's Tales to Vern & Marguerite.  Maybe they will get some ideas and also a preview of "Life After" The Good Life.  While Lorraine was napping, I went to Gibbon to pick up the Agency monthly report.  Enjoyed the drive to view the crops and the extent of harvest so far.  I noted a couple of fields that had been harvested so long the volunteer corn is already growing.  Harvest is in full swing as noted by the number of trucks on the road.  My, how things have changed.  Only saw one little single axle truck hauling corn but lots of semis.  Got a call from brother Dean and they went on to Omaha and will have supper with us on their way back next Friday.
