Saturday and a full day of football. Nebraska showed lots of improvement and had Joe not made a foolish move to ditch the ball instead of a sack, they might have come out a winner against Texas Tech. Texas also upset Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the football very much as I had another spell of my blood pressure spiking. It started after lunch with a throbbing headache and at one time went up to 190 over 82. Finally settled down about 9 when I went to bed. This has happened several times before. I went to the Doc and he put me on blood pressure medication. He had me take the pressure every day for a month and it remained fairly steady at around 136 over 60s. He said he didn't know what might cause the spikes. Anyhow, I felt rotten all afternoon and dozed off several times. We watched Lawrence Welk and Deal or No Deal that I had taped before Lorraine went to bed.
