WEDNESDAY 6/3/09

We got through the night in good shape. Lorraine only woke up 4 times and I gave her another pain pill at 2. She slept until 10 and never did take her denture out. She ate some mashed potatoes and a little roast beef in the dining room and cheese cake for desert. We went to the lady dentist here in the mall. She worked on the denture to make it fit better, She said she was not satisfied with the denture and said we should come back in 6 weeks and take new impressions and make a new denture. All in all, Lorraine came through all of this like a champ. I anticipated being up all night with ice packs, etc. She has 2 bad bruises on her chin where she said she could feel the dentist squeezing it. I presume he was holding it while he pulled the teeth. She took them out to go to bed but said it felt so terrible we put thme back in. shhe is not supposed to sleep with them in.
