SUNDAY 1/4/09

Back where we started from 3 weeks ago. Dr Wirth--less was in this morning and said the potassium was up to 3.2. I asked him about the diarrhea and he said the meds they were using should stop it. Same stuff I used for 3 weeks. Lorraine asked him if she should set up in the chair and his answer was,"If you want to set up O.K. If you want to stay in bed that's O.K. too." She went 4 times today and 2 times last night. After me bugging the nurse, she called him this afternoon to see if there some med they could give her to stop it. His answer to her was, no, I want to see how many times she goes first. After 3 weeks and 4 days, I think I have that answer. Thank God we will have another Doc in the morning. Dale called from Cobo and they are having a good time. I am also one more step closer to my goal since the last Rosie "kicked the bucket" today. Strange thing is I can't find them after they die. I have pulled everything out of the bowl and no sight of them. Usually they float to the top but they aren't there.
