WEDNESDAY 1/7/09

We are singing 6th verse today. I started giving Lorraine the Golytely at 6 when I got there. The nurse cheated a little bit when she filled the jug and left about 3 glasses short. We kept plugging away with a glass every 15 to 20 minutes and got it all down by noon. Of course you know where she spent the afternoon. Tonight everything was clear except the dumb nurse brought her red jello at noon. I just knew that was a no-no but I thought an RN should know. Tonight she was still passing red fluid. Dr. Cronk won't be too happy about that. Don't know what time in the morning she will have the procedure. Hope this solves our problems. I am getting sick of the hospital and Lorraine hates it even worse.
